This Privacy Policy explains how Ramalama Costume Walk AI (“we”, “us”) handles your information when you use https://ramalamacostumewalk.org.

1. Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and your name.
2. Photos you upload. The photo you provide so we can make your video, including the person or pet shown in it.
3. Costume text. Any costume description you type into the generator.
4. Generated videos. The videos we make for you, with details such as the chosen costume and length, status and creation time.
5. Usage data. Pages visited, features used, credits bought and spent, and technical data such as browser and device type.
6. Payment information. Your pack, order and payment status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How We Use Information

We use your information to make the videos you ask for, run your account and credits, process payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse and fraud, keep the service working and meet legal obligations. Your photo is used only to make the video you asked for. We do not sell your photos, videos or personal data.

Who Can See Your Photos and Videos

Your photos and videos are visible only in your own account. We don’t publish them or show them on the site.

Service Providers

We rely on providers that receive only the data they need to do their job for us:

• Hosting, to run the site.
• File storage (Cloudflare R2), to store your photos and videos.
• AI video processing. Your photo is sent to the AI model provider only to make your video, and the AI provider doesn’t keep it.
• Payments (Stripe), to process your purchase.
• Sign-in (Google), to log you in.
• Analytics (Google Analytics), to understand how the site is used.

Storage and Deletion

Your photos and videos are stored so you can view and download them in your account. You can have them deleted at any time by emailing [email protected].

Cookies and Analytics

We use:

• a sign-in session cookie to keep you logged in;
• a first-visit source cookie, kept for 30 days, that records how you first found the site (for example, the website or campaign that sent you);
• analytics cookies from Google Analytics.

You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking the sign-in cookie means you can’t stay signed in.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

Children

Ramalama Costume Walk AI is not for children under 13. Do not upload photos of minors.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date on this page shows when it was last changed.
