Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Ramalama Costume Walk AI at https://ramalamacostumewalk.org. By using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

Ramalama Costume Walk AI lets you upload one photo of a person or a pet and generate a short AI video in the style of the viral Ramalama costume walk, with Róisín Murphy’s song “Ramalama (Bang Bang)” added. Ramalama Costume Walk AI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Róisín Murphy or her record label, TikTok, or ByteDance.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the service. You need an account, created by signing in with Google, to generate videos. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

You may only upload photos that you own or have the right to use. A photo may show you, a friend who has agreed to it, or your pet. You must not upload photos of celebrities or public figures, or photos of minors; any person shown in a photo must be 18 or older. Before generating, you confirm that you have the right to use the photo.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ramalama Costume Walk AI, including the costume descriptions you type, to:

• create sexual, hateful, harassing or deceptive content;
• impersonate anyone, or create misleading deepfakes or pass off a video as real footage of a person;
• infringe anyone’s privacy, image or other rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

When you post a video made with the service, label it as AI-generated.

Your Content

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Subject to these Terms and to the rights of others, you may use the videos you generate, including posting them on social media.

AI Output

AI results vary. The video follows the costume and the walk described to the AI, but the exact look is not guaranteed, and you are responsible for reviewing a video before you share it.

Credits, Payments and Refunds

• Credits are bought in one-time packs. They are not a subscription, and they never expire.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe.
• If a render fails, it is retried once automatically; if it fails again, the credits are refunded to your account.
• If you are not happy with a video, email [email protected] and we will refund you.

Suspension

We may remove content, block generations or suspend accounts that break these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may change these Terms. The date on this page shows when they were last updated, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
